Invaluable Reference November 11, 2003 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was fortunate enough to have Marcy as an instructor in San Diego. She was one of those rare instructors who really make an impact on your life. The enthusiasm in which she teaches her subject is admorable and definitely impacts her students in a positive way. I have been using this book and the previous version for 12 years now. It is a valuable resource that I couldn't live without. It's even listed on my website under my favorite books! I recommend it every chance I get!
An excellent supplement to any MT-related curriculum February 20, 1999 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
"Together with my MT correspondence course from PCDI, I work through this book as well because it focuses on the "other" important medical transcriptionist aspects such as office protocols, medicolegal scenarios, grammar and syntax. I highly recommend it to any human biology fanatic like me.
